Who do you use for shipping?

We use the USPS aka the United States Postal Service.  

How can I find the tracking number for my package?

The tracking number you recieved from our USPS shipping service should work fine in the USA.

U.S. orders are always shipped with delivery confirmation.

When will my items ship?

All in-stock orders will typically ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. (excludes holidays and weekends) If the item you ordered was a preorder item, please check the item page for an estimated shipping date.

My item arrived damage, what can I do?

We handle all of our items with the utmost care. Once we ship the item, it is now out of our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We can help you by submitting a claim but there is no guarantee that it will be fruitful. If you are concerned about damage, please request an insurance by using a contact form before we ship it.

Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are made in limited quantities, custom-made and they are considered collectable items. This includes original artwork such as paintings, original artist sketch books, custom apparel or anything else handcrafted.
